One partner. One fleet. No friction.

If you’ve juggled multiple skippers, shifting weather and tight port windows, you know the margin for error is thin. NCA brings Nuuk’s small-boat capacity into one accountable service. Tell us your date window, pax estimate and goals; we return with routes, capacity and a single contract.

Frequently asked questions

Have questions about our tours? We’ve got answers to help you plan your adventure.

How can I get in touch with questions about a tour?

We'd love to hear from you! For any questions about our tours, availability, or bookings, you can reach us by email at info@nuukcruiseagency.com or call us directly on +299 29 28 65. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect cruise experience.

How far in advance should I book my cruise?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons like summer and the holiday period. Popular Arctic and Greenland cruises fill up quickly due to limited capacity. Booking early also gives you the best choice of cabin categories and access to any early-bird promotions we may offer.

What other services and experiences do you offer?

Beyond cruising, we offer a wide range of experiences to make your visit to Greenland truly memorable. Our offerings include bus tours around Nuuk, local food tastings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) packages for corporate groups, turnaround services for cruise ships in port, as well as pre- and post-tour arrangements to extend your stay. Get in touch to find out how we can tailor a programme to your needs.

Where do you operate your cruise services?

Our home base is Nuuk, Greenland's capital, where we operate our core cruise services. That said, we are always open to exploring new destinations and tailored itineraries — thanks to our strong network of partners across all of Greenland, we can help plan experiences beyond Nuuk. If you have a specific destination or idea in mind, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll see what we can arrange.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 90 or more days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a small administration fee. Cancellations between 30 and 89 days prior receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.

United as one fleet

We coordinate seven independent operators under a single standard—one contract, unifiedSOPs, weather contingencies, and on-time turnarounds.
